Since 2005, I’ve helped hundreds of executives and young adults discover, launch, advance and change their careers. Using a marketing framework, I guide clients in connecting their skills and interests to viable career paths, uncovering the value they bring to the job market and partnering with them in exploring roles and organizations that could be a good fit. We develop a themed narrative, a hero’s story that weaves together the important pieces of their work and personal history, to direct interviews, networking meetings and social events. For those in search of interview preparation exclusively, I offer a shorter program of narrative development and interview and negotiation training.
I always meet prospective clients before an engagement so it won’t hurt to have a conversation. And I work with clients all over the country, in person or over Skype, so don’t let distance deter you.
